This rare advertising item dates from the 1920's and was a free premium, given to customers who purchased Socony Kerosene. It has a bent wire handle with a cloth trimmed wire screen attached via a red tin panel inscribed Socony Keroscene Oil Safest and Best along with the Socony emblem on both sides. The fly swatter measures about sixteen and three quarters inches long by three and an eighth inches wide and is in excellent condition with some fading on the red tin panel. 15802-80QTP
