Let's take a step back in time with this 1950 Kendall Motor Oil sign! Touting The 2000 Mile Oil, Kendall was ahead of it's competitors, letting everyone know that their oil lasted longer. This double sided metal flange sign measures eighteen inches wide by thirteen and a half inches tall. It is marked A-M 8-50 in the bottom part of the sign which denotes it was made by Allen-Morrison in August of 1950. The flange side of the side has a few scratches in both the red background and the white letters. You can also see some light scratches when the light hits it just so. The other side has a couple of small marks to the left of the two fingers, and a small place in the 'a' of Kendall. Some minor chips with paint loss are on the flange itself.
