Pictured is a chocolate milkshake, a dish of chocolate ice cream, a chocolate ice cream sundae, and a chocolate cone. All of those pieces are double sided to hang from a wire or string in the soda fountain. The four rectangle pieces say Delicious Chocolate Ice Cream with cocoa beans on them and would have been used as front window strips and back bar strips. Litho in U.S.A. 129 is printed on each piece of this festoon. The factory envelope that the festoon arrived in is in great shape with only tape residue on the back.
