It features the radiant Orange Crush girl sitting with a perfectly placed original ribbed Orange Crush bottle by her feet. In the lower left corner we see a blank privilege area with Bottled Exclusively by above. It has covered holes in the center top and center bottom, without any calendar staples at the bottom.
