Vintage 1960s windup toy called Spin-A-Hoop in the original box. Material is lithographed tin, cloth, steel support rods and vinyl head. When wound with the attached key the hula hoop spins around her waist as she bends at the waist and rocks back and forth. Overall height is 8.5 inches.
