Seldom seen, this beautiful die cut cardboard features a comic style squirrel carrying a bag of Squirrel Brand Salted Peanuts on his back while smaller squirrels are grabbing the peanuts that fall from the open bag! We date this great easel back sign from the mid 1920's and have yet to see another like it. The colors are super nice and it really brings a smile to your face. A few minor bends can be seen on the outer edges of this cardboard, which is typical for the age of this piece. It has a couple of slight creases across the face which are seen up close, and a small place on the bottom where the top layer of the litho is missing. The easel is present on the back and complete.
