This is a super nice hard to find half scale dress form that was made by Wolf that allowed designers and students to use while designing dresses, skirts, and blouses. With it being half scale, a designer can place this on their desk or work table and make adjustments with ease. It is marked Wolf Form Co. N. Y. C. just below the neck, and Designers & Students Model Half Scale at the bottom. The number 14 is located on the neck and at the bottom. It is mounted on a cast iron base with a key adjuster so the designer could make a longer dress with ease. The cloth fabric looks very nice with typical wear.
