ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Apple Hat Manufacturing Company was headquartered in St. Louis Missouri in the early 1920's, and this metal hat rack allowed store owners to display multiple hats at one time. The metal base features embossed letters that read Apple Caps around it. The item that I think is the greatest on this rack is the middle section where the metal rods are held together. It is a dark red apple! Apple Caps St. Louis is written on embossed letters on both sides, so customers could read it on either side. Some minor chipping can be seen on the rods, with some typical wear on the base and apple. Super cool find that may be the Apple of your eye! 20392-TWT
