ITEM DESCRIPTION:

The first thing you notice when you see this sign is the huge bottle of Hires Root Beer that makes you want to reach out and grab it! Up top Hires Refreshes Right! is in embossed letters and lets you know that Hires Root Beer will quench your thirst. Made of very thin tin, these type of signs were not meant to last, as many were easily damaged when they were removed from their mounting place. This one has some amazing colors and has very little wear. Some minor chipping around the outer edge, especially on the outer corners. The top left corner has a few small bends in the tin that can be seen up close. A couple of small chips are on the embossed letters, and a fourteen inch light scratch to the right of the bottle with four inches showing bare tin. The lower corners have suffered the same fate as the uppers, with some paint chipping and some slight bends. It is marked Made In U. S. A. and BN-* in the lower left corner. Very nice rare sign that will add some great color to your collection. 19254-QIPP
