ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Robert Journet opened a Toy Shop in Paddington, England in 1878. His father made the first Journet Dexterity Puzzles in the Early 1890's. That year the company had a booth at the British Industrial Fair and secured a number of orders from American Buyers. The Company was sold to Abbey Corinthian Games in 1965. Production continued into the 1970's. The 1920's through the 1970's was the Golden Age of the Dexterity Puzzles.
