ITEM DESCRIPTION:

For your consideration is Goblo the Gobbling Goose. This is a lithographed tin wind-up toy made by Girard Model Works in Erie, PA. in the 1920s. Girard was bought out by Marx in the 1930s. Overall length from bill to tail is 9 and he stands 5.5 tall. When wound with the attached key he hops along bouncing up and down as if pecking the ground. I also have Gertie for sale in my store. Both make a great combination on the shelf. Condition is very good with play wear and a slight push in on the left side.
