Signed Webb Cut Glass Comport

ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Signed Webb, this comport has a repeating pattern of urns/flowers and another design I can't name. The foot has a laurel-type pattern. There is a really cool bubble where the stem and bowl come together. It's NOT a crack. There are no cracks or chips, and the base shows very little wear except for a deep scratch on the base made with a cutting/engraving tool. The acid stamp reads "Made in England" in a circle with "Webb" in the center. It has a nice ring when struck with my fingernail.
