This is an 8 inch Alexanderkin. It is tagged USA, but in the research I have done, it is often called Miss USA, and that may be a slightly later version. This doll was made 1966-68 only. I believe that this one is the 1966 early version. The doll has no smells, the outfit no tears. There is a slight yelowing due to age to the front of the dress, but it is very hard to see on display. The doll's outfit is complete, including the crown. Her hair is in the original set. Her face paint is bright, with lots of cheek blush. The doll has no flaws. There is a place on the arm, where there is extra plastic from the factory mold. That is not considered a flaw or damage because it occurred in the factory. Remember, this doll was made as a toy, not a collectible. A VERY DIFFICULT DOLL TO FIND! Please ask questions before you purchase. All sales are final.
