ITEM DESCRIPTION:
The front reads Col. John L. Vance Compliments of Huntington Delegation Ohio Valley Improvement Association. Portsmouth Oct. 17th 1906 in gold. It's hand-painted with trees/shrubs/a sailboat in red-brown with gold outlines & signed "AGH". The grass is shades of green with gold outlines/tufts of grass. The water is olive green. The handle's base color is the same brown as the trees with a crackled gold finish. There are no cracks/crazing. There is minor chipping to the body's paint.
