ITEM DESCRIPTION:
The manufacturer of this red silk ribbon is unknown. In black ink is printed "Second Annual Pic-Nic", "I.O.O.F." and "Fulton County Lyons, Ohio, Wednesday, June 20, 1888." The center features the Independent Order of Odd Fellows symbols of the three (3) chain links and the all-seeing eye between two (2) axes with 3 chain links holding the axes together. There is a fold across the center but no tears or stains. There is a mark consistent with using a straight pin near the top.
