Cambridge Emerald Green Cascade Charleton Line Candy Dish

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Manufactured by Cambridge, this #165 candy dish with lid is in the �Cascade� pattern and the Emerald Green color. The three (3) feet on the base show wear. There are no cracks or chips. The undecorated piece was then purchased by Abel Wasserburg Co. and hand-painted as part of their Charleton Line. The decoration is a series of thin lines in a white stripe along the rims of the lid and base, pink roses and lots of little tiny white dots. There is also a thin line of gold trim on the lid and base. The finial also has gold which is thin in spots. It appears to have been applied at the factory that way and not from wear. Not only is the color hard to find, but then you add the decoration and this becomes a must have for your collection.
