Manufactured by US Glass, this clear glass plate has a portrait of Major General Fitzhugh Lee in the center in white. The plate has the Egg and Dart border. Maj. General Lee was the grandson of Light-Horse Harry Lee and nephew to Robert E. Lee. He was a Confederate Calvary General during the Civil War, was Governor of Virginia, served as Major General during the Spanish-American War and was Military Governor of Havana. This plate honors his long years of service to the US government.
