Item: Train Railroad Buildings & Figures Japan Paper Mache
Made in Japan during the 1950s this group of three paper mache railroad station buildings include the main station building, a baggage building, and a telegraph office. Along with the buildings are three figures: a Conductor and Two porters. Each building has a hole in the side so it can be lit. The pieces are nicely hand painted and the buildings have red cellophane panels in the windows so the light will shine through. I'm not sure whether they were accessories for a train set or whether they were intended to be part of a holiday display. They are in near mint condition and come in their original box. The box measures about eight inches tall by ten inches wide by three inches deep. The price is for the set. 9749-51UT
