Item: 1913 Coca Cola Straight Side Bottle Watch Fob Celluloid
Manufactured by J. S. Carroll in Chicago in 1913, this very rare celluloid watch fob has an image of a straight sided bottle of Coca Cola on the front and is inscribed Drink Coca Cola In Bottles on a red button on the back. With the strap it measures about 5 3/8 inches long by 1 3/4 inches wide and is in good condition for being over 100 years old. The strap is worn and broken at the fold from storage. Slight discoloration where the fob meets the leather strap, but colors are excellent on this highly desired collectible. The Coca-Cola bottle is straight on this fob, unlike others we have seen. Excellent deep rich colors on the front of this fob, as well bright red on the back. Slight lifting on the back of the fob where the leather strap attaches, but you would be very hard pressed to find one in this condition. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to add a piece with such history to your collection. 16483-71QTPP
