Item: Martin Senour Paint Clock Light Up
This light up clock measures 22 inches tall by 18 inches wide by 5 inches deep and dates from the late 1950's or early 1960's. It has a yellow and black reverse painted front panel and opaque red plastic curved panels on the ends. The front panel with the clock face is also inscribed Martin Senour Paints, Visit our Paint Department. The clock is in good working condition although it no longer lights up. The plastic ends are starting to fade and warp from years of light exposure and the metal housing, which originally had a hammered gray finish is missing its paint on the front and is beginning to show some surface rust. These are rare to find, in fact I have never seen another one. The red plastic curved ends were fragile and the Martin Senour paint company was sold off and the clocks taken down and thrown away. A real part history! 13579-WTP
