Shopping

You do not need to register to shop and enjoy our site. Click on the category to see all the listings. Categories that have subcategories have an arrow to the right. You may also use our sort feature to show different results.

Saving items

If you find something you are considering buying, use the “Save In Shopping Cart” button. You will either need to register as a first time shopper or log in so that you can start a Shopping Cart. You can add multiple items to your Shopping Cart. When you are ready to purchase you may purchase one or all of your saved items. Since you have already registered your name and shipping address will be automatically filled in.

Questions and Offers Buttons

Use the “Ask A Question” button to contact the seller who has the items listed. You will either need to register as a first time shopper or log in to ask a question. Some of our dealers also will entertain offers on their vintage items. You will see the “Make An Offer” button which you can use to do this. Again, you will either have to register or log in to make the offer. Sellers pick up their emails daily and will contact you directly either by email or phone.

Finding and Saving a Dealer

Click on our Shop Directory. Scroll through all the sellers, search by last name or sort by the newest / oldest/ most items listed. By scrolling down all of our quality sellers, you may find one which carries items of interest to you. By clicking on their store name, you can see photos of their listings. If you find an interesting piece, click on the listing. You can “Save This Shop” for later so you do not need to search for them again.

Shipping

Some of our sellers offer free shipping, some fixed rates and others will have preloaded shipping weights so you can use our shipping calculator. If no shipping information is listed, please feel free to contact our dealers by using the “Question for Seller” button.
Each seller sets their own policy on “Method of Payment”, “Shipping Charges”, “Return Policy” and more. Please review the shop policy before purchasing.

Resetting Your Password

If you forget one or the other when you get ready to log in, use the “Forgot Password"? Put in your email address and "Submit". Your username and email address will appear on the right hand side. Then hit the submit button. IMPORTANT: A new password will be sent to your email address immediately. If you do not see it, check your "trash" or "spam" folder. Use this new password to log in. After log in you may reset your password to your liking, in your "MY PROFILE" area. Be sure to then write down your password for the future.

Help for Buyers:

Registering

When you are ready to put an item in your shopping cart, ask a question or make an offer, you will be asked to register on our site. When you register you select your own sign in and password. Be sure to write this down for future reference. Return buyers will just need to sign in. This will save you time by automatically filling in your name and address. By registering you will have your own MyIC247 Personal Home Page, where you will have a 30 day history of all your saved items, questions, offers, saved items, saved shops and history of purchases.

Making an Offer

Some of our shops will entertain offers on listings. Register or sign in, and use the “Make An Offer” button and the shop will get an email with your offer. They may accept your offer or may email you with a counter offer. If your offer is accepted, you have made the commitment to purchase the listing at your offered price. PLEASE NOTE: Please be fair with your offer, very low offers are seldom accepted. Make reasonable offers to our shops.

Purchasing

Items may be saved in your Shopping Cart for later or purchased immediately.
• Sign in with your email, username and password.
• Put a check in “Buy Item” box and click “Go To Checkout”.
• Be sure to note any special request in the Message to Seller box. Review our “Terms of Use” if you have not done so before and click on “Buy Now”.
• Select your Payment Method and click “Buy Now”.
• Once you buy the item it will show as a “Pending” sale and is no longer available.

Remember if you purchase several items you may get several invoices from several sellers. If several items come from the same seller, they often combine shipping.

Completing a sale

After you hit the “Buy Now” button you will get an email from icollect247, telling you that you have placed the order and that the dealer will update the invoice shortly. Another email will follow when the seller has finalized the order with any discounts, shipping, sales tax and insurance charges. In each case, you will need to sign in to icollect247.com with your password and go to the “Orders” tab.

If you are paying via paypal the seller will send a request for money through paypal. If you are paying via credit card the seller will contact you directly. You will also get a shipping notification when your item has been shipped.

Contacting the dealer

Some sellers have their phone number shown, feel free to call and ask questions. If no phone number is listed, use the “Ask a Question” button. Sellers check their email regularly and reply via icollect247.com. You will get an email when the seller has answered your question. If you wish to purchase outside of the site, icollect247 has no way to track or trace the transaction. We recommend that you register with our site and purchase through the site.
